User Responsibility

You are responsible for the screenshots, scorecards, simulator exports, notes, and other content you upload. You represent that you have the rights or permission needed to upload and process that content and that it does not violate another party's privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or contractual rights.

Do Not Upload

• Screenshots or images containing another person's private information without permission.
• Content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, illegal, or intended to expose or shame another person.
• Content you do not have the right to use.

Reports and Takedowns

Users can report uploaded content or OCR records at [email protected]. Bay2Course may remove content and restrict accounts that misuse uploads or repeatedly infringe third-party rights.

Copyright owners may send takedown notices to [email protected].

Bay2Course Data Passport is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by X-Golf, XGolf America, X-Golf venues, or any related brand owner. "X-Golf" and related names, logos, venue names, product names, and screenshots are used only for identification and compatibility/reference purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
