Email [email protected] with the subject line Bay2Course Support. Include your device, browser/app version, screenshot source, and what you expected to happen.

Privacy and Deletion

Use the same inbox with subject Bay2Course Data Deletion. We use the email and product tag bay2course to locate submitted waitlist, creator, venue, or support records.

Refunds

Web checkout refunds follow the published refund policy. Native app-store purchases, when added later, must be handled through the relevant app-store billing system.

Takedowns

For copyright, screenshot, trademark, brand, venue, or course-reference concerns, send the disputed URL or material and the right you believe is affected.
