Copyright & Screenshot Policy
Bay2Course lets golfers import screenshots and images so they can review stats and save their own golf records. Users are responsible for the content they choose to upload or process.
Your Responsibility
Only upload screenshots, photos, notes, and records that you have the right to use. Do not upload private information about another person without permission.
Screenshot Use
Bay2Course may read text and numbers from screenshots you choose to import. The app uses those screenshots to help you create editable golf records. Bay2Course does not grant you permission to copy, publish, or redistribute third-party software screens, logos, or proprietary content outside the app.
Do Not Upload
- Content you do not have the right to use.
- Images with another person's private information unless you have permission.
- Venue, course, app, or software materials marked confidential.
- Logos or screenshots used to imply a partnership that does not exist.
Takedown Requests
Copyright owners and authorized agents can send takedown requests to [email protected]. Include the copyrighted work, the Bay2Course content or record at issue, your contact information, and a statement that you are authorized to act.
