Eligibility

Affiliate participation is by review and approval. Bay2Course may approve, pause, reject, or remove a code when needed to protect customers, partners, brand trust, platform rules, or legal compliance.

Review access is for evaluation, content preparation, partner diligence, or audience education. It does not create employment, agency, exclusivity, ownership, or a guaranteed partnership.

Commission

Approved launch affiliates may be eligible for 30% of eligible tracked Stripe web subscription revenue during the first 12 months after a valid referred customer purchase. Commission estimates shown in internal dashboards are review-only until reconciled.

Commission may be reduced or voided for refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, fraud, duplicate attribution, coupon abuse, invalid tracking, tax withholding, platform fees, or purchases that are not attributable to the approved code or link.

Native App Store and Google Play purchases may be excluded unless Bay2Course can verify compliant attribution and store rules allow the payment structure.

Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose material relationships, free access, commissions, gifted accounts, or review consideration anywhere they promote Bay2Course. Use plain language such as "I may earn a commission if you buy through my link."

Brand And Claims

Affiliates may describe Bay2Course as a golfer-owned data passport that helps golfers review simulator, range, fitting, lesson, and course notes. Affiliates may not claim official sponsorship, endorsement, certified compatibility, API access, data export access, or partnership with any third-party golf brand unless Bay2Course has announced it in writing.

Spam, misleading reviews, fake testimonials, brand-confusing domains, trademark bidding, unauthorized logos, scraped private data, or claims that Bay2Course replaces a coach, handicap system, launch monitor, simulator platform, or rules authority can remove eligibility.

Payout Review

Bay2Course may require payout identity, tax details, payment account details, fraud review, and final reconciliation before payment. Payout timing may vary while the program is in launch mode.

Questions or corrections can be sent through the affiliate intake form or by replying to the Bay2Course team member who issued the code.
